Amazake is a traditional Japanese drink made of fermented rice. Literally means “sweet” (甘) “sake” (酒), it has a creamy, thick consistency with a sweet fermented flavor, served either chilled or warm/hot. Usually fermented with Rice Koji. This fermented rice drink is packed with nutrients, hence helps with anti-aging, improved skin & improved digestion. Basically we must have more Panta, Poita or Pakhala Bhat or Pazhamkanji and we can age amazing too 😁😅 This dish otherwise was Delishaaas also!
