Some emotions don’t leave through words. They leave through the body. What you’re seeing here is a deep emotional and nervous system release tears, shaking, breath, stored tension finally leaving the body after being suppressed for so long. A lot of people carry stress, fear, grief, heartbreak, pressure, or trauma for years without realizing how much the body is holding. And when the body finally feels safe enough to let go… the release can be intense. But on the other side of it, there’s usuall
