My version of shrimp Gumbo--I know I didn't have everything I needed. I would have loved to have had a bell pepper, but I didn't have one. I know that you Louisiana folks are in shock right now. I wish that I had you here with me to help cook this gumbo. But since you're not here I'll have to do the best I can with what I have.
