I rode down to Pea Island which is located between Oregon Inlet and Rodanthe to look at the ducks in the refuge. When I passed the breach in the dunes the over wash was just starting to come up on the road . I did a quick pass thru the refuge and turned right around and within 10 minutes the water was across the road! | Poacher Sportfishing
