Ryback took a jab at CM Punk on social media regarding the injury Drew McIntyre sustained in their Hell In A Cell match at WWE Bad Blood 2024.

After 11 months, Drew McIntyre and CM Punk concluded their feuded. At a win each, only Hell in a Cell could contain their hatred. They opened the show in spectacular form, producing a candidate for match of the year. And, as expected, it was a brutal encounter where each wrestler bled and were covered in marks.

Drew McIntyre and CM Punk clashed inside Hell in a Cell at WWE Bad Blood, and not only did McIntyre lose the match, but he lost a lot of blood as well. McIntyre was busted open after Punk smashed a toolbox into his head. Fightful reported that McIntyre need 16 staples to close his wound.

Drew McIntyre vowed that his Hell in a Cell match against CM Punk at WWE’s Bad Blood premium live event on Saturday would bring "justified violence" and the promise was kept. McIntyre and Punk were both bloodied messes in the ring as the fight opened up the event.
