Packers' Josh Jacobs says he hurt his knee again in loss to Broncos. He still wants to play Saturday
GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay running back Josh Jacobs said he aggravated his knee injury early in the Packers’ loss at Denver on Sunday, but he still believes he should play Saturday at Chicago.
Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said in his Tuesday press conference that the team would have a significant number of players on their injury report later in the day and that proved to be correct.
The Green Bay Packers will have running backs Josh Jacobs (knee) and Emanuel Wilson (illness) available on Sunday against the Denver Broncos. Both backs are on the active 48-player gameday roster despite being listed as questionable. So is defensive end Lukas Van Ness, who is returning after missing back-to-back games with a foot injury.
