Noah Kahan has jokingly responded to former U.S. President Barack Obama including one of his songs on his summer playlist. The former politician released his summer reading list and music playlist on Thursday, revealing that he and his wife Michelle had been listening to Noah's song Doors.

Another title featured on Obama’s list was Whistler by Ann Patchett. The former president also highlighted This Land Is Your Land by Beverly Gage, Vigil by George Saunders, One Sun Only by Camille Bordas, and Seek Immediate Shelter by Vincent Yu.

"I can finally rest," Kahan posted on X while sharing the former president's post about his 2026 summer playlist.
