Hawaii has suffered its worst flooding in more than 20 years as heavy rains fell on soil already saturated by downpours from a winter storm a week ago.

As a second Kona low storm moves over the state, already saturated grounds have lead to quicker flooding on O‘ahu.

Residents on Oahu's North Shore are being urged to evacuate if possible due to "catastrophic flooding." ...
