Apple's India assembly entry strategy has been led by Taiwanese giant Foxconn, along with Wistron - taken over by the Tata Group - and Pegatron, though the latter two are much smaller

Apple is planning to open four new retail stores in India and has begun manufacturing the iPhone 16 Pro models domestically, the company said as it deepens its presence in the world’s second-largest smartphone market.

In addition to its existing stores in Delhi and Mumbai, it appears that there are plans in India for four new Apple retail stores, all expected to open in 2025.
