Regardless of the category Milton is at landfall, the impacts could be deadly for those who remain on the West Coast of Florida. Hurricane Milton is forecast to bring up to 15 feet of storm surge and a major flash flooding threat across Central Florida. According to the FAA, the Bell 206 helicopter crashed Monday around 6 p.m. near Kentucky Highway 22 East. The report says the helicopter 'struck guy-wire and crashed.' The FAA's report also says there was a post-crash fire.
