Teams who want to participate may send in one highlight per game, which will be voted on by a panel of Packers staff to determine the top five plays each month. Teams can send in highlights from multiple games, but only one highlight from each game is allowed during the months of September and October.

Josh Jacobs powered in from two yards out to make it 13-0. Commanders defensive lineman Deatrich Wise Jr. got carted off after trying to block the extra point (which was successful), adding to Washington's woes. He was later ruled out with a quad injury.

The third-round pick from Hudsonville made the most of his three offensive snaps with a highlight-reel grab that survived replay review in the loss to Green Bay.
