The Alabama Crimson Tide finally landed a major upgrade in the transfer portal on Monday. One of the best prospects in the portal, running back Hollywood Smothers, has committed to the Crimson Tide for 2026.

Alabama football has lost a starter on its offensive line to the NCAA transfer portal. Wilkin Formby, who has played more than 1,000 snaps over the past two seasons for the Crimson Tide, announced that he would enter the transfer portal. He has two seasons of eligibility remaining.
