Prosecutors say they will seek a prison sentence for music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs that is substantially higher than the four to five years they initially expected he might face under federal sentencing guidelines.

The day Sean "Diddy" Combs was convicted of transportation to engage in prostitution - but acquitted of the sex trafficking and racketeering charges - his lead defense attorney Marc Agnifilo declared that the verdict was "a great victory" for the disgraced music mogul.

The court should adopt a narrow view of the Mann Act, the legal team states in a new filing, calling its application in Sean Combs’ circumstances “unprecedented.”
